 As a team , it's undoubtedly the No. 1 bestseller today (distribution wise) . So hot is the demand for them that all one has to do is to just sign them up and the very next  day the film will be sold for all the territories at a very high satisfactory price.  The only parallel of such a hit pair team in the history of our films was that of Raj Kapoor-Nargis which constantly gave  a number of hits over a number of years. Like Dharam, Raj was a Punjabi , much married with kids and an accepted flirt. And Nargis, like Hema knowing that this association  would lead her nowhere , preferred to stick on  to him till their inevitable  bitter parting. But still they parted, the pair was the darling of masses, showing no sign of waning in popularity.                BOX-OFFICE WEATHER Who ever said that the film business is more unpredictable than the English weather has said it correctly. Coming from the Yash Chopra, Gulshan Rai and Salim-Javed camp we expected Deewaar to do roaring business. And so it did, it's producer has unabashedly called it Gold Mine. But did we expect Firoz Khan's superhit Dharmatma' to have a such a feeble response from the public? Inspite of a having the reputation of successful hit " Apradh " and two lucky heroine, this film just did not a attract a vast number of patrons. Though " Julie " was based on a malayalam hit we did not expect it do click in any big way.
